Are there other charges other than dress rental?
A refundable deposit starting from RM300 will be collected on the day of dress collection. The deposit amount varies depending on the dress material, brand, design, and value.
The deposit will be fully refunded upon the timely return of the dress in its original condition, without any damage.
How long is the rental period?
Rental period is inclusive up to 4 days.
What if I require an extension beyond the 4 days?
Extensions are chargeable based on the extra number of days. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Does the price include alterations and dry-cleaning?
The rental price includes dry-cleaning, while alterations are chargeable (RM20-RM60, depending on complexity).
How long will alterations take?
Alterations may take anywhere from around 1 hour to 1-2 days, depending on the complexity of the alteration and the crowd on the day.
How early in advance should I rent before my event?
We recommend coming for a fitting around 3–6 weeks before your event to secure your preferred piece, especially during peak season.
Do you charge a fitting fee?
There is a general fitting fee RM20/pax for 1 hour unlimited fittings. For Bridal & Couture Collection, there's an additional RM20 fitting fee per dress. These fees are waived upon dress confirmation.
Can I try and take the dress on the spot?
Yes, given the dress of your choice is available on your needed date.
Is your entire collection listed on the website?
Most of our collection is available on our website. However, some new arrivals and selected bridal gowns may not be listed yet.
do you ship to other states?
Yes, we offer outstation dress rental within Malaysia.
We recommend arranging delivery 4–8 working days before your event, depending on your location. The rental period is counted from the day the dress is delivered until the day it is returned to us.
A delivery and insurance fee of RM50–RM100+ applies, together with a refundable security deposit starting from RM300.
Our standard rental covers up to 4 days. Additional rental charges vary depending on the dress design and rental duration.
Delivery dates are selected by the customer, and our team will arrange the shipment accordingly.
Is there parking nearby your shop?
Conveniently, we offer both outdoor and indoor parking options. We suggest our indoor parking facility on weekdays, while the outdoor parking area is more accessible during the weekends.
